Ok people, I've not been around recently but I'm starting a fresh on here. My new name is spangberg so if you still want to be my friend then add me there :)

It's been nearly a month since I last updated!

Not much new happening, busy with college and absolutely loving it. I dyed my hair brown, that's some news. And my parents are back from America now so I'm no longer living alone, although I loved having the freedom while it lasted. I really wish I could afford my own flat but student budgets suck unfortunately.

There is so much I don't write about in here, but I just don't know where to start? LJ has become such a chore these days. Perhaps I'll get my LJ mojo back one day, here's hoping.

Ok so I just remembered I'd written a mega-post about Italy, so I'm finally getting round to posting it!

I cannot get enough of this girl.

So, when I turned 18 two weeks ago I got a small inheritance of £4000 that my grandmother left me when she died 10 years ago.

What should I do with it?

Everyone is telling me to save it, put in a bond, save it for my eduction... but to be quite honest, that's BORING. I will save some of it, maybe like £1000 of it? But I do want to have fun with it. I know it's not gonna last forever, but like I said I wanna live a little and have fun with it. I mean you only live once, don't you? I know I'll definitely buy a few things for my parents, and I'm going to spend some of it on some pieces of furniture for my room. But to be honest I want to spend a lot of it on clothes and shoes... is that bad? I'm seriously considering a pair of Louboutins and a Marc Jacobs bag, but as soon as I mentioned this to my parents they completely freaked and said that I shouldn't "waste" it on stuff like that.

Help me people! What should I do?

Can you be allergic to vegetables?

Because my parent's friends are at our house right now and one of them is saying he's allergic to vegetables. I don't believe it.

He's going on about not being able to eat things with vegetable oil and stuff in it but if that's true then surely he can't eat like... 95% of foodstuffs...?

I think it's an excuse. This is a middle aged man married with 2 kids who is still in the mindset of a child when it comes to food.

Eg. "If you're a vegetarian then where do you get your vitamins?"

LOL stfu.

First of all you should know that I hatehatehate doing friends cuts. The only reasons I'm doing it is because either a)you havn't updated since you added me, b)you havn't updated in months or c)we just havn't bonded enough or gotten to know each other at all. It's absolutely nothing personal!
